We’re a B2B SaaS company in the smart building and workplace technology space looking to partner with a LinkedIn-based outbound lead generation expert or agency to drive qualified sales meetings in Q3. This campaign should target senior decision-makers in corporate real estate, facilities, workplace operations, and physical security. We do not have the internal bandwidth or SDR headcount to manage scaled, personalized LinkedIn outreach. We’re seeking a partner that offers performance-based engagement, full execution, and platform infrastructure — and can act as an extension of our team. ⸻ ✅ What We Need • A partner to run LinkedIn-based outbound outreach campaigns from our team’s LinkedIn profiles • Target audience: Directors, VPs, and Heads of Workplace, Facilities, Real Estate, or Security at mid-to-large companies (US & Canada) • Campaign volume: 3,000+ targeted contacts over 3 months • Response and meeting management: Warm leads must be followed up with and booked directly onto our sales team’s calendars (via HubSpot or Calendly) • End-to-end management: Connection requests, multi-touch messaging sequences, inbox monitoring, optimization, and performance reporting ⸻
