We serve merchants across the United States and Canada, offering secure, efficient, and customizable payment solutions. Our platform supports a wide range of payment types, including credit card transactions, eCheck (ACH, EFT), and scheduled recurring payments. Our clients span multiple industries, including municipal water and sewer utilities, insurance providers, and property management companies. We integrate with payment gateways to deliver flexible and reliable services to our merchants. PayClix is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative and Lead Generator to help grow our merchant base. This role involves proactive outreach to potential clients, and scheduling and completing follow-up calls. You’ll work closely with our team to identify qualified prospects and guide them through the PayClix onboarding process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial outreach via email or phone to prospective merchants. Schedule and attend follow-up calls with interested prospects. Track all outreach and follow-up activities in the system. Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-ups. $15–17/hour + Outreach Compensation + Bonuses Outreach Compensation: Follow-up call must be scheduled and attended by management Must be a real-time phone or video call (email exchanges do not qualify) Payment issued after call is completed and logged Sign-Up Bonus: $200 per new merchant who completes onboarding and begins processing payments Must be within 6 months of initial outreach Annual Volume Bonuses (Stackable): 5 sign-ups/year: Additional $250 10 sign-ups/year: Additional $600 15+ sign-ups/year: Additional $1,000 Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and results-driven Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting Ability to follow up and manage multiple leads effectively Basic computer skills and experience with Excel and Google Sheets
