What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
We’re looking for a confident, professional appointment setter to support a growing national sales team. Your role will focus on making outbound calls, connecting with prospective clients, and most importantly booking qualified meetings for outside sales representatives. What You'll Be Doing: - Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads - Using a provided script as a foundation, while adapting naturally to conversations - Scheduling appointments directly onto team calendars - Entering basic updates into a CRM system (Salesforce experience is a plus) - Light follow-up via email Requirements: - Located in the U.S. - Friendly, clear, and professional phone presence - Prior experience in appointment setting or outbound sales calls - Ability to communicate effectively with business decision-makers - Organized and reliable, with good attention to detail We are a fast-moving, people-centered organization looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys helping to open doors for the sales team.
