ServiceFirst Restoration Inc. is a leader in the water, mold, and fire cleanup and repair industry, and we’re looking for a skilled Appointment Setter to help expand our reach by connecting with property managers, insurance agents, and other key decision-makers. This role is ideal for someone with a proven background in telemarketing, cold calling, and appointment setting — someone who knows how to make a great first impression, ask the right questions, and get quality meetings booked for our business development team. About Us: At ServiceFirst Restoration, we specialize in helping property owners recover from water, mold, and fire damage. We partner with insurance agents, property managers, and HOAs to deliver rapid response, quality work, and 5-star service. We're now looking to grow our network — and that’s where you come in. What You’ll Be Doing: - Making outbound cold calls to warm and cold leads (we’ll provide target lists) - Qualifying prospects based on industry-specific criteria - Setting appointments for our business development team with property managers, insurance agents, and HOA board members - Updating call notes and lead status in our CRM system - Following up with leads to keep the relationship warm What You Need to Succeed: - Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (B2B preferred) - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Confidence and professionalism on the phone — you must be comfortable speaking with executives and decision-makers - Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time - Reliable internet, a quiet work environment, and a self-starter mindset Bonus Points For: - Experience in the restoration, construction, or property services industries - Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar - Understanding of the pain points and urgency in disaster recovery situations What We Offer: - Competitive hourly pay + performance-based incentives - A long-term, growth-focused opportunity with a reputable company - A clear process, strong team support, and freedom to take ownership of your role To Apply: Please include: - A brief summary of your relevant experience - Any past success stories from similar roles - Your availability and your hourly rate - A short video or voice recording introducing yourself We’re not looking for just a “caller” — we’re looking for a confident communicator who can open doors and build relationships.
