Warehouse System UX (Figma or xD)
We are seeking proposals from experienced UX/UI design vendors to design a front-end prototype for a lightweight materials management system. The deliverable(s) will be used in sales demonstrations to help position our core logistics product, with potential customers looking for integrated warehouse or inventory control capabilities. Deliverables 1- Fully functional interactive design prototype (Figma or Adobe XD) 2- Visual mockups of at least 10 primary workflows/screens, including: o Master Parts Management (SKU) Alternate SKU designation Kitting definitions Serialized vs. Non-Serialized designations o Hierarchical Locations management (e.g. Warehouse - Room - Shelf - Bin) o Receive Inventory o Putaway Inventory (Location Assignment) o Transfer Inventory o Directed Pick (Order fulfillment) o Pack and Ship o Reports Stock Visibility Forecasting Visualizations o Cycle Count (Auditing) o Finished Goods and Defective Goods processing 3- Style guide and UX rationale 4- Presentation or walkthrough documentation
