Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced freelancer based in the United States to support the development and management of event registration pages on the Stova platform. This role is part of a grant-funded project, and U.S. residency is required for compliance purposes. We host multiple in-person events throughout the year, and each event requires custom-built registration systems that may include payment collection, discount codes, session tracking, and attendee communication tools. We need a reliable partner to help us streamline and execute this process on the Stova platform. Key Responsibilities: -Build and configure event registration pages using the Stova platform -Integrate secure payment processing for paid events -Set up registration tiers, promo/discount codes, and capacity limits -Ensure responsive and accessible design for all user types -Test functionality and troubleshoot any registration or payment issues -Provide light training or documentation for internal staff as needed Requirements: -Must be based in the United States (non-negotiable due to grant guidelines) -Experience using Stova (formerly Aventri) or a similar event registration platform -Experience with event registration and online payment integration -Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Project Timeline: -Start ASAP -Ongoing work throughout the year as events are scheduled
