Build MVP for Smart Task & Calendar Assistant App
I’m looking for a developer or product builder to help create the MVP for a smart assistant app for working parents managing household logistics, work calendars, and constant incoming information. This will be a mobile-friendly web app that enables users to: Add tasks or events through a simple form Route tasks to different calendars (e.g., “Work,” “Partner,” “Nanny”) Set recurring routines like “Pack lunch every weekday at 7am” Simulate a feature where users paste or forward emails (e.g., school updates), and receive suggested to-dos or calendar items Mark tasks complete or delegate them to others The goal is a lean, testable MVP to validate functionality—not a polished production app. Ideal candidates will have: Experience building MVPs or early-stage productivity tools Ability to recommend the best platform or toolset (e.g., Glide, Softr, Bubble, FlutterFlow) Comfort simulating features like email parsing using smart text input logic Strong communication skills and ability to break work into milestones Bonus if you’ve built tools involving calendars, task flows, or automation platforms like Make.com or Zapier Budget: $1,000–$5,000 depending on scope. Open to fixed-price or milestone-based payment. This project is under active development and is proprietary.
