Senior Full Stack Developer for AI-Integrated Assessment Platform
We are seeking a seasoned, detail-oriented full stack developer to build the secure digital platform for The Language of Being™—a proprietary emotional assessment system designed for use in corporate and coaching environments. The platform will feature psychometric scoring, AI-driven narrative generation, profile saving, and an admin dashboard. Timeline: Must deliver a working beta platform for internal testing by late June, early July ✔️ Build and deploy a secure assessment platform (frontend + backend) ✔️ Integrate a robust admin dashboard for user analytics and content control ✔️ Enable secure login, profile saving, and retake functionality ✔️ Integrate Google AI (Gemini 2.5 Ultra or higher) for dynamic narrative synthesis ✔️ Prepare platform for scalable user traffic and mobile responsiveness ✔️ Coordinate Figma-to-frontend implementation from existing design file ✔️ Work with project owner to build with flexibility for future features (coach portal, team map, subscription model) Tech Preferences (negotiable based on stack): • Frontend: Webflow (handoff), Next.js, React, Vue • Backend: Supabase, Firebase, or secure custom backend • AI: Gemini 2.5 Ultra API, Google AI integration • Hosting: Google Cloud Platform (preferred) • Optional familiarity: Stripe (for future payment setup), GDPR compliance, serverless functions • Proven experience with full stack secure app development • Experience integrating AI models (ideally Gemini or GPT) • Strong English communication and timeline reliability • Must be comfortable signing an NDA prior to full access What We Provide: • Figma file (fully designed, currently being transitioned to Webflow) • Complete, finalized scoring logic • Full item bank with 60 emotional assessment items and 30+ background cognitive/behavioral insights • Pre-written Gemini prompts for AI narrative layers • A master launch roadmap • Executive branding strategy with institutional support and conference visibility Bonus if you have: • Startup or SaaS experience • Experience with data dashboards and visualizations • Familiarity with LLM prompt engineering or psychometric platforms To Apply: 1.
