Build an app/website on Xcode/Android that has a special advertising and payment system
I need someone that is an expert and fast in either Xcode or Android. The layout for the app/website will look like a sport book and I don't need any special feature. I need someone that can create a secure adverting and payment system. This includes making a PPV system. I do not need anything special and everything is doable and simple for the app/website. I do have a mockup for the people interested in this job. I am not look for people who do CMS. For example like: Wix, WordPress, and Shopify. Thank You!
