We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team with a mix of marketing tasks, customer support, and general administrative work. Responsibilities include: - Responding to customer emails and messages - Scheduling social media posts and basic content updates - Assisting with email marketing campaigns - Managing files, documents, and basic data entry - Supporting day-to-day operations and team coordination Requirements: - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Experience with customer service and online tools (e.g., Gmail, Google Docs, social media schedulers, etc.) - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Previous VA experience is a plus This is a part-time, long-term opportunity with flexible hours.
