Description: We’re a fast-growing subscription-based styling app with nearly 8,000 paying users and strong product-market fit. We recently launched V2 of our app and are now focused on improving retention, re-engagement, and onboarding with the help of Braze. We’re looking for a part-time Lifecycle Marketing Manager who can fully own both strategy and hands-on implementation in Braze. You’ll lead onboarding flows, cancelation journeys, win-back campaigns, and more. We are a bootstrapped, profitable company and a mission-driven team helping real women feel confident and supported in their everyday style. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. Responsibilities: Audit and improve our Braze setup Build onboarding, retention, and re-engagement flows Use Amplitude + Braze data to optimize lifecycle campaigns Create and execute a clear 30/60/90-day roadmap Collaborate with founder + product/brand team Write or adapt copy with brand voice consistency You’re a fit if you: Are Braze-fluent (certification a plus) Have experience in lifecycle marketing at a consumer app, SaaS, or subscription-based business Can both strategize and execute (we don’t want handoffs or silos) Understand retention, churn, LTV, and user journeys Are a great communicator and take initiative Can dedicate 40–60 hours/month (flexible depending on scope) Start date: ASAP
