This role is perfect for a tech-savvy VA who excels at creating seamless automations, integrating AI tools into business operations, and maximizing efficiency through smart workflows. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities: * Manage and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) for clients, including CRM, pipelines, workflows, and automations. * Build, test, and deploy AI-driven workflows that streamline marketing, sales, and customer support processes. * Integrate and manage tools such as: Zapier, Make (Integromat), Pabbly, ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Claude, Copy.ai, Jasper, etc. * AI voice/chat agents, lead scoring tools, and other AI SaaS platforms. * Analyze client workflows and recommend AI-powered solutions for increased productivity. * Create dynamic email/SMS automations, chatbots, and funnel optimizations using AI tools. * Collaborate with clients or internal teams to identify automation opportunities. * Stay updated on new AI tools and trends relevant to marketing and business automation.
