Consolidate Technical Documentation SOPs
Looking for a technical writer that can help consolidate and improve our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Our company has hundreds of employees doing similar work with different SOPs. We are asking this technical writer to take the SOPs from 3+ sources and consolidate into one standard document / procedure. An example includes switching backup providers. A data backup providers requires sensitivity with how data is managed, timing of when to switch, building redundancy for a period of time, etc. We have three documents about how to perform this SOP, but now we need to consolidate down to one SOP document.
