Executive Assistant & Project/ Event Manager

Are you the kind of person who lives inside checklists, color-coded calendars, and streamlined systems? Do you get a dopamine rush when projects move forward smoothly and nothing slips through the cracks? I’m a founder, event strategist, and entrepreneur with multiple high-level events and brand projects underway. I’m looking for a full-time executive and event assistant to be my behind-the-scenes powerhouse — someone who is hyper-organized, proactive, and excellent at following through. Your Role Will Include and not limited to: Executive Assistant Duties: • Managing my daily schedule, reminders, and follow-ups • Organizing tasks and project updates in Notion • Creating SOPs or systems to streamline repetitive tasks • Inbox and calendar management (mostly internal, some external emails) Event Support Tasks: • Supporting event timelines, assets, and logistics checklists • Communicating with vendors and service providers (email only) • Coordinating assets like guest lists, run-of-show, and promotional content • Light research (e.g. finding vendors, service quotes, partnership opps) Marketing & Admin: • Creating simple docs, decks, and graphics in Canva • Uploading email campaigns or automations in GoHighLevel • Light social media asset management (no content creation required) • Keeping Google Drive organized + updated ⸻ ✅ You’re Perfect If You: • Are available full-time (40 hours/week) and work in CST hours • Are a self-starter who can take direction and run with it • Have excellent written English for clean communication • Know how to work in GoHighLevel, Notion, Canva, and Google Suite • Have 1-3+ years experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, or executive • Aren’t afraid of juggling multiple projects at once and staying on top of timelines • Have a quiet space to work and strong internet
