Are you passionate about music festivals, boho-chic vibes, and creating unforgettable experiences? I'm looking for a creative, organized, and stylish festival planner to help bring my Bonnaroo adventure to life! This isn’t just logistics—it’s about crafting a vibe, building an aesthetic, and ensuring every detail from campsite layout to group outfits is on point. What I'm Looking For: I need someone who can: - Plan and coordinate a cohesive Bonnaroo experience for SoloRoo camping / Bonnaroo Experience. - Curate style boards for daily looks (think festival glam meets comfort) - Help organize essentials: packing lists, campsite gear, food & drink planning, transportation - Source items online (Amazon, Etsy, ebay, etc.) and create a shareable shopping list - Assist with pre-festival scheduling and organization. - Be creative and think outside the tent—decor, lighting, flags, themes Ideal Skills: - Event planning or experience with music festivals - Strong aesthetic and style sense (Pinterest, mood boarding, etc.) - Organized with good communication skills - Bonus: Familiar with Bonnaroo or similar festivals (Coachella, Lollapalooza, etc.) Deliverables: - Google Sheet or Notion-based planning doc - Pinterest or Canva mood boards for style + campsite aesthetic - Links to recommended gear, supplies, and outfits - Final checklist and schedule
