A successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and reliability. Because the role will have both dev & live ops not all skills are required: -- Must have • Strong communication skills • The ability to plan around future issues -- DevOps • Direct operational experience working with Unreal Engine 5 (preferred) or 4 • Hands on expertise in at least one of: CI/CD with Perforce, unit & functional automated testing, version control, process automation, cloud services, data persistence, logging & analytics, Visual Studio/Rider plug-ins • Experience building the pipeline to deploy, integrate, manage, and monitor games and services • Expertise in C++ and Python, able to mentor other developers on proper usage • Strong communication skills -- LiveOps • Experience building the pipeline to monitor and operate a large scale game efficiently • Hands on expertise in: BI/Telemetry, operational monitoring & alerting, anti-cheat • Hands on expertise in at least one of: Process automation, player data management, cloud services, data persistence, logging & analytics, crash reporting, client defect reporting • Direct operational experience working with Unreal Engine 5 (preferred) or 4 • Expertise in C++ and Python, as well as infrastructure as code Strong Pluses • Demonstrated experience operating AAA multi-player online games • Familiarity with Grafana
