I’ve already gathered most of the required documents (Smog Check Certificate, Bill of Sale, Title, etc.), but I need help: Completing missing forms like REG 256 and CDTFA-111 Verifying if anything is still incomplete Submitting the documents via the DMV Virtual Office Following up via email if additional documentation is requested This is not a scam or fake request—just a busy person tired of California DMV red tape.
