We're a mobile Pet Grooming Service and use a specific software to manage our appointments and messaging. We're looking for someone to help manage the daily messages from clients in our software for a few hours in the day. Would need strong skills with: -Answer client questions -Schedule/Cancel appointments from clients using specific verbiage -Communication between Office Manager for tasks and needs -Respond to Yelp leads The Office Manager would handle all escalated situations, just need someone to stay on top of answering appointment requests.
