Event Outreach Representative (Warm Calls | HubSpot CRM)

Short-term project assisting with registration outreach for a user conference. Warm outbound calling to existing customers, HubSpot use, and follow-up communication involved. Estimated duration is 1.5 to 3 months leading up to a fall event. We’re hiring (2) freelancers to support outreach for a fall user conference by contacting our existing customers—primarily pharmacists at independently owned pharmacies—to inform them about the event and encourage registration. This is a customer-focused initiative, not sales. Everyone you’ll be contacting is already familiar with our organization and platform. You’ll be provided with a call script, a contact list, and access to HubSpot CRM. You’ll use pre-set outreach sequences to manage follow-ups and track call activity. Your role is to make outbound calls, share key event details, and follow up by sending a link to the online registration form. You may also answer basic questions related to the event. This is a part-time, temporary role focused on structured outreach to an existing user base. The project will conclude prior to the event. You’ll be a great fit if you: - Have experience using HubSpot CRM (especially launching and working within pre-set sequences) - Are confident and professional on the phone - Have experience with outbound calling or similar outreach roles = Are organized and comfortable logging activity and following structured processes - Can make calls during U.S. business hours (Within Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Eastern Time) Please note: An NDA will be required upon engagement. A background check may also be part of the onboarding process.
