We’re looking for an experienced IT professional to migrate two email accounts from Register.com (hosted email) to Microsoft 365. Details: Current host: Register.com (POP/IMAP email + calendar data) Users: 2 Target platform: Microsoft 365 (Business Standard or equivalent) Desired outcomes: Migration of all existing emails Migration of calendar data and invites Minimal to no downtime Reconfiguration of Outlook desktop access for both users Assistance with MX record updates at Register.com Proper setup of SPF/DKIM/DMARC for email deliverability What We Need From You: Microsoft 365 setup and domain verification Mailbox and calendar migration for both users DNS configuration at Register.com Outlook reconfiguration (desktop) Confirmation that mobile and calendar syncs are working Optional (Nice to Have): Set up email aliases or forwarding if needed Basic documentation or walkthroughs for future reference Deliverables: Fully functional Microsoft 365 accounts for both addresses Complete access to previous emails and calendar data Clean transition with minimal/no email downtime Outlook properly configured and syncing
