Long-term On-Call WordPress Technical Support (Speed, Backups, Troubleshooting, etc.)
We’re a small business in Minnesota running, content-rich WordPress site that we host. We’re looking for an experienced WordPress technical expert to be available on an on-call, hourly, long-term basis for tasks like: • Diagnosing and fixing performance issues • Speed optimizations (e.g., caching, image compression) • Plugin and theme conflicts • Help us set up and make sure it works Backup configuration and restoration (e.g., Updraft, cPanel, BlogVault) • Security hardening (e.g., Wordfence, firewall, Cloudflare, etc.) • General troubleshooting, updating pages that we have problems with. Requirements: • Proven experience with technical WordPress support. • Familiarity with cPanel, themes, and hosting • Responsive and able to assist within 24 hours when needed, with at least a working knowledge of SEO to make sure our goals align • Fluent in English We don’t need content or design help, just technical maintenance and occasionally creating a new page or moving items around on a page.
