Virtual Receptionist
Looking for a virtual receptionist to answer calls for our business, business hours are only Mon-Fri 9 am to 5pm EST. Have to be available during those hours to answer, we receive on average from 2 to 5 calls a day, some days are very slow and no calls. I don't have an issue with this individual doing other work while available to answer for us, just need them to be able to answer in the event a call comes in. I would need a price per day or week to be available, then a price per answered/routed call. We have a voip system and all calls can be received over web page or cell app, then routed or message taken.
