Appointment scheduling

I like to keep my team busy by scheduling appointments for my sales team to run. We have multiple different county and school locations that we service. In order to service we have to call to set the appointments then email a confirmation. I would like to hire someone who can call to schedule these appointments for me. I would like the person to have great communication skills and very friendly. This person will need to be organized.
