We’re looking for an experienced ads manager to help launch and scale our company using both Meta and Google Search Ads (must be highly skilled in both platforms). We run a custom-built, music-focused marketplace (similar to Upwork) that connects musicians with music promoters. We’re specifically looking for someone with a proven track record in lead nurturing and sales funnel optimization for service-based or marketplace businesses. Not just standard e-commerce purchase conversion campaigns. Our tracking infrastructure is already set up for both client-side and server-side events across Google and Meta.
