Project Title: Manual Lead Generation: Niche Transitional & Sober Living Operators – LA County (open to San Bernardino, Riverside) ⸻ Job Description: We’re looking for a highly resourceful, California-based lead generator or researcher to find verified contact leads for privately owned transitional housing, sober living, or group home operators in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. This is a niche, high-context project. We’re not looking for nonprofit execs or shelter staff. We want: • Small operators (1–3 homes) • Often motivated by income • GR, Section 8, or reentry housing–friendly • Listed on Craigslist, soberliving.org, Yelp, or state registries • Often using Gmail, no website, or outdated listings These are low-profile, local housing providers who want to make money by increasing bed capacity—but aren’t easy to find in tools like Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo. ⸻ The Ask (Trial First): We want to start with 25 verified leads to test fit and process. If this goes well, we’ll expand the scope and budget from there. Each lead should include: • Facility name • Contact name + title (if available) • Phone + email (verified—not just info@) • Facility type • ZIP code or neighborhood • Source link (Craigslist post, sober directory, etc.) • Notes: # of beds, signs of private operation, voucher acceptance, etc. ⸻ Ideal Freelancer: • Based in California, preferably SoCal or the Bay Area • Comfortable with manual research • Bonus: Familiar with transitional housing, reentry programs, sober homes, or the housing services space ⸻ Budget for Trial: $75 for 25 leads If the quality is strong, we’re happy to scale this into a larger project.
