I'm managing my client's community center website. People need to be able to sign up for various classes. My challenge is that they have to use a Wordpress website with WPForms plug-in for the time being. AND they insist on creating customer registration forms for each class. I would love someone with WP Forms experience to help me though how I would set up the following. --------------------------------------------------- 1. Children up to 16 yrs old: 2 days per week: $80/month Subsequent family members (up to 5) --------------------------------------------------- 2. College age and Young Professionals (17-35) Options: 1 day per week: $60/month 2 day per week: $100/month Subsequent family members (up to 5) --------------------------------------------------- 3.
