I'm looking to enhance my existing Google Sheets root cause analysis (RCA) setup. Currently, I have a simple RCA form and a document for tracking disagreements. I want to take this to the next level. Requirements: - Direct integration for Ishikawa, 5Why, and Fault Tree Analysis - At least partially automated - Separate sheets for each analysis type - Action plan generation, including: - Corrective actions - Date - Description - Deadline - Responsible person Ideal Skills: - Proficiency in Google Sheets - Experience with automation tools (e.g., Google Apps Script) - Knowledge of RCA methods
