Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Tech-Savvy, English and Spanish Fluent)

We’re a U.S.-Based team of entrepreneurs building a fast-growing tech startup. Our mission is to create a streamlined, impactful app that simplifies workflows in a dynamic industry. As we scale, we’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help keep things running smoothly. Role Overview: We are seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English, detail-oriented, a quick learner, and comfortable navigating tech tools and platforms. You’ll work directly with our U.S.-Based team to support a variety of administrative, operational, and project-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:     •    Assist with scheduling, emails, and calendar management     •    Conduct research and compile information as needed     •    Manage tasks in project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana)     •    Help with customer support and basic tech troubleshooting     •    Update and maintain records, documents, and reports     •    Test features in the app and provide feedback or report bugs     •    Assist in streamlining workflows and improving internal systems Requirements:     •    Full-time availability (40 hours/week)     •    Fluent in spoken and written English     •    Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.)     •    Proactive, responsive, and able to work independently     •    Fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills     •    Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a support/admin role is a plus What You’ll Get:     •    Work with a collaborative and driven startup team     •    Flexible remote work setup     •    Exposure to tech product development and startup culture     •    Opportunity to grow with the companyCategory: Admin SupportSubcategory: Customer SupportTime required: More than 20 hoursIs this a project or a position?: ProjectRequired availability: As needed
