Csr & dispatcher for plumbing/electrical services — we are looking for a full-time csr / dispatcher to join our growing team. You will be responsible for: handling incoming calls, inquiries, and emails for plumbing and electrical services; scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians based on skills and location; providing customer support; maintaining communication with the team and technicians; handling billing and payment collection; making outbound and cold calls; and keeping records and reports organized. — Skills Required: native-level English, minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a CSR and dispatcher in a similar U.S.-Based service company (e.g., Plumbing, HVAC, garage doors, cleaning), excellent time management, strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask effectively, highly organized and detail-oriented, eagerness to learn and grow, friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. — Pay: Attractive hourly rate based on experience + bonus structure. Pay depends on your skill level and the qualifications of other applicants.
