Trading Setup for Beginner

I’m interested in learning how to set up my computer/applications to trade and how to apply practically what I’m learning. I’m already set up with IBKR and paper traded a little from my phone. I’ll be purchasing a laptop soon to connect to my external monitor. My hours of availability are MON-FRI 5am-7:45am PST and SUN/MON/TUE/THUR 5pm-8pm PST.
