AI developer to create internal tool
Our public relations firm is looking to build an AI tool that would give us the ability to understand what a company's core audiences are talking about online. Ideally, the tool would be able to search a number of relevant public forums - not only media coverage in news outlets, but also social media platforms like Twitter/X, BlueSky, Reddit threads, etc. by plugging into their APIs. We would want to pull info for specific sub threads or conversations happening on those sites, not all of the data. Then, with that info, we would be able to use AI (perhaps ChatGPT) to ask questions based on that unique dataset. For instance, what are people talking the most about? What are they concerned about? What phrases are used most often? And from there we would be able to give our clients an AI-based recommendation on what people they are trying to reach care about. We would like to be able to leverage this tool for multiple clients, requiring us to pull unique data sets each time. We are open to discussing what is possible and how best to approach this.
