AI Developer Needed to Build Intelligent Customer Service System with Multi-Agent Architecture
Description: We’re an established ecommerce company looking to build a robust AI-powered customer support system. This isn’t a simple chatbot. We need an intelligent, multi-agent system that can: Understand customer questions Pull order data from our Django-based internal system (Python 2.7) Access supplier portals (many without captchas) and check order statuses Suggest or auto-generate responses (refunds, status updates, resolutions) Escalate complex cases to humans via Slack and our admin dashboard Eventually run 24/7 without human review for common cases Our backend is Django (Python 2.7), but the AI project is built separately in Django 5+ (Python 3.11+). We want someone who can: Architect and implement this system Use LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, etc.) effectively Work with headless browsers or APIs to fetch data Integrate with Slack, Outlook, and internal tools Deploy securely and maintain performance at scale You should have real-world experience with multi-agent orchestration, intelligent automation, and integrations—not just ChatGPT wrappers.
