Online Software video game using check boxes in a .js program

I want to game-fy a report writing program for psychologists and other providers of care. I want the report to have check boxes where the user can click and drag on the check box, then like a slingshot it shoots a ball at the words it's crossing out, and breaks them. Somewhat like angry birds.
