We are seeking a highly skilled developer or team to deliver an MVP of an internal AI-powered lead generation platform. The system must automate lead collection, scoring, and multi-channel outreach via integrated messaging systems. Key Requirements: Data Collection: Collect leads and opportunities from public job boards, company websites, and project marketplaces. Automated Lead Scoring: Score contacts/companies/jobs based on predefined criteria (e.g., project type, budget, company size). Admin panel control to set outreach thresholds (e.g., only high-potential contacts). Intelligent Profile Matching: Use multiple platform profiles (with varied locations and expertise) to better match with prospects. Automatically select the most relevant profile based on role, experience, and industry fit. Automated Outreach: Send first-touch and multi-step messaging sequences through integrated communication channels. Analytics and Reporting: Real-time tracking of outreach activities, profiles used, invitations sent, responses received. Daily overview of lead generation performance. CRM Integration: Automatically transfer engaged contacts into a CRM system (such as HubSpot). Failure Detection: Implement notification system for automation errors. Success Criteria: Full end-to-end automation of lead qualification and initial engagement without manual intervention. What We Expect: Proven experience building automation platforms for prospecting and outreach. Strong knowledge of CRM system integrations (preferably HubSpot).
