Hi, I’m looking for a skilled developer to create a Telegram bot with the following functionalities: Scrape members from a public Telegram group Automatically add those members to another group ⸻ Project Details: • Scrape usernames, IDs, and names from public Telegram groups • Add scraped users to another group (progressively to avoid limits) • Must comply with Telegram’s rate limits to prevent bans • Optional: export scraped data to CSV or JSON • Semi-automatic control via commands is a plus
