Delta PLC communication with a Python Program. -- 2

Need a small sample program where we are able to read- Write register and set bits in a Delta PLC (WPL Software) using Python. (IDE - PyCyharm). Similarly PLC is able send a trigger to Python Program to initiate a function. Basically a two way real time communication between a DELTA PLC and PC. Bit like a small college project. Any method ok, like RS232 or RS485 .
