Shopify/HubSpot Integration + Workflow Support (Katana Experience a Plus)

We’re looking for a tech-savvy freelancer to help us integrate and streamline workflows between Shopify and HubSpot. Familiarity with inventory management software (like Katana) is a big plus. This is a part-time, project-based role ideal for someone experienced in connecting systems and setting up automations using existing tools (Zapier, Unific, HubSpot workflows, etc.). We want to leverage off-the-shelf solutions—no heavy custom scripting required—so we can maintain and adjust workflows internally after setup. Key Responsibilities: Set up and optimize integration between Shopify and HubSpot Create and document workflows to ensure seamless data flow between systems (orders, contacts, inventory, etc.) Use middleware tools (like Zapier or Unific) or native integrations where possible Advise on and help implement best practices for eCommerce/CRM syncing Bonus: Connect or optimize workflows involving Katana (or similar inventory software) Ideal Experience: Proven experience with Shopify and HubSpot integrations Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier or Unific Understanding of eCommerce workflows, inventory syncing, and customer data management Experience with Katana or other inventory management software is a strong plus Ability to communicate clearly and document processes for non-technical team members Project Scope: Short-term, with potential for ongoing support Flexible hours, fully remote
