HTML Email Builder with Klaviyo + BigCommerce Integration (Multi-Store Setup)
We're seeking a skilled developer to create a custom HTML email builder UI that allows our team to quickly generate marketing emails by entering key data points such as product names, sale prices, and promotional dates. The tool should feature an intuitive interface that supports toggles for sale pricing, sale start and end dates, featured items, and product categorization into sections like “New Arrivals,” “Best Sellers,” and “On Sale.” The system must integrate with BigCommerce to automatically pull product images, links, and relevant data, and it should support six separate BigCommerce stores from the start. We will provide rough email designs that you will adapt into responsive, editable HTML templates optimized for both desktop and mobile devices. These templates must render flawlessly across major inboxes including Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. The entire setup should work seamlessly with Klaviyo to allow our marketing team to deploy campaigns efficiently. You should have proven experience working with Klaviyo’s templating system and logic, as well as advanced HTML and CSS skills specifically for responsive email design. Familiarity with the BigCommerce API or similar eCommerce platforms is essential. The ideal candidate will also bring strong UI/UX sensibilities to build a clean, user-friendly data entry interface, and have a sharp eye for email rendering across platforms. Deliverables will include a fully functional, UI-driven email builder tool, dynamic integration with BigCommerce, mobile-optimized HTML templates for each of our six stores, and documentation along with a short training session to ensure smooth internal adoption.
