We’re looking for an automation specialist to help streamline how we respond to new client inquiries. This is a quick project (2–3 hours of work), but if all goes well, there’s plenty more to come, especially around advanced automation and AI integration. -Project Goal: Build a simple system that: Automatically replies to leads using a GPT-generated message Assigns the lead to the right agent Notifies the assigned agent Logs the information for tracking We currently use Airtable, n8n, Make.com, Google Sheets, and Softr as part of our internal workflow. -What You’ll Build: A Softr + Airtable form to capture lead inquiries An n8n automation that: Sends the inquiry to OpenAI (GPT) to generate a friendly response Assigns an agent based on keywords Writes the data back into Airtable A Make.com flow to notify the agent via email or Slack A Google Sheet to log all lead activity -Who We’re Looking For: Experience with n8n, Make.com, Airtable, and the OpenAI API Able to build clean, reliable, and easy-to-maintain workflows Strong communicator who delivers on time Bonus: Experience with AI assistants or CRM automation If this goes well, we have more automation + AI projects lined up and would love to work together long-term.
