Shopify Performance & CLS Optimization Expert Needed
We’re looking for a Shopify developer with strong experience in theme speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, and cumulative layout shift (CLS) fixes. Our store is experiencing poor CLS scores and general page speed issues across product and collection pages. We're specifically looking for someone who can resolve all CLS issues on our product pages, as these are the most critical pages on our store. We would like it set up in a way where it loads the most important above the full content first in a top down approach, so it isn’t shifting around as a customer’s loading the pages. Additionally, we'd like you to optimize our site's loading speed as much as possible without impacting existing functionality. We'd also appreciate a comprehensive audit of the website code to identify any potential improvements, speed optimizations, or simple bugs and errors. Requirements: Proven experience fixing CLS on Shopify Familiarity with Lighthouse and Web Vitals Ability to optimize Liquid, JavaScript, and CSS without breaking theme functionality Knowledge of lazy loading, font optimization, and script deferral Bonus Experience: Empire theme and Apps like Yotpo Reviews Widgets, SC Product Options, Bold Product Options, SlideCart, and Chatra Please share examples of Shopify stores you’ve improved (with before/after scores if possible).
