Payment:: $500 + $250 for each 0.1% lift in CVR (capped so total payout does not exceed 1499 USD per month) We're at 0.07% CVR (context below) so I suspect there's some low hanging fruit here + some potential -- We run a high-traffic digital service that operates entirely online. Conversion rate was never our #1 priority, but now it should be as we have 250,000+ visitors/mo. What I need you to do: • Deliver designs of what we need to change. I'll assign a developer, but in limited capacity, to build what you tell him • Personally I hate audits, interviews, "research" and whatever else feels like busywork. Surely since we haven't ever optimized anything you can first do the low hanging fruit and *get to action* → then as we build trust in you, if you really think those things are necessary and can lead to results, we'll have gained confidence with your results and we'll be ok with you doing them • Basic reports/updates of what's happening (just text, no need to waste time with fancy presentations - that time could be better spent on more CRO) I'm a simple man, I prefer simple stuff and action...
