We're building a new kind of platform designed to help digital creators unlock deeper engagement and revenue from their audience. We're in the early stages of development and need a sharp product/UX mind to help us map out the system architecture, user flows, and product logic before we move into full build. This is a stealth project — full details will be shared after selection and signing of NDA. --- Responsibilities Fans: engagement, access, loyalty features Creators: setup, monetization, campaign management Platform/Admin: payouts, permissions, compliance Map all core flows in Miro, Whimsical, or Figma Organize and document the feature architecture into MVP vs future Think through monetization mechanics, subscription tiers, and referral loops Deliver clean visual references + system notes for our dev team --- What We’re Looking For Experience mapping SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or subscription ecosystems Excellent systems thinking and product logic skills Comfortable operating at MVP speed: simple, strategic, scalable Strong communication Deep understanding of creator tools, loyalty/rewards platforms, gamification, or product-led growth --- Note on Privacy Due to the unique mechanics of this product, all applicants will receive further project details after selection. --- To Apply Please include: 3-4 examples of platforms or features you’ve mapped A short note on how you’d approach mapping a multi-role SaaS product Your availability and preferred tool (Miro, Notion, Figma, etc.)
