SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) Developer – Patch Application & SASS Fixes
We are looking for an experienced SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) developer to assist with maintenance and improvements on our SCA implementation (Version 2020.1). The scope of work includes replacing deprecated libraries, applying NetSuite-provided patches, and resolving compilation issues. Project Scope: - Replace JSass with Dart Sass: - Remove the existing JSass library from the SCA workspace. - Integrate Dart Sass as the new SASS compiler. - Ensure compatibility with existing themes and extensions. Apply SCA Patches for: - Product Reviews and Product lists - Verify patch compatibility and conduct proper testing post-implementation. - Fix any dependency issues that might arise during the fixes that are being applied Fix SASS Compilation Errors: - Troubleshoot and resolve SASS compilation errors encountered during theme or extension activation. - Ensure clean builds and successful deployments after the fix. Requirements: - Proven experience with SuiteCommerce Advanced (preferably 2020.1 or nearby versions). - Strong knowledge of SASS/Dart Sass and front-end build tools. - Familiarity with NetSuite’s patching and deployment process. - Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. Deliverables: - Fixing of random NOT ALLOWED on the SuiteCommerce Website - Updated SCA codebase with Dart Sass integration. - Successfully applied patches with validated functionality. - Clean theme/extension builds with no SASS compilation issues.
