We are seeking a highly skilled professional with experience crafting polished, investor-facing executive summaries and pitch decks, ideally in the hospitality, wellness, or real estate sectors. Project Overview: Our project is a white-label, turnkey luxury wellness hotel and resort located in Tulum, Mexico. The concept blends high-end clinical wellness services (e.g., stem cells, peptides, biohacking) with boho-chic jungle design, targeting the growing global demand for wellness-focused hospitality. Phase 1 of the development is complete and operational. We are now raising capital to complete Phase 2 and scale. We already have a full draft of the pitch deck and financials completed — we are looking for an expert to refine the messaging, tighten the copy, redesign the visuals, and elevate the entire presentation to a high-end, investor-ready standard. Your job is not to start from scratch but to turn good content into a great, world-class presentation.
