We are seeking a talented freelance specialist to augment our team, focusing on the design and formatting of RFP proposals, technical reports, and professional presentations. We're looking for someone with a passion for visual storytelling who can turn technical content into clear, polished, and visually appealing deliverables. We have some very tight deadlines in the next 2 weeks coming up with a variety of proposal responses and reports that we need support on the formatting and graphics of the reports with Microsoft Word. **Scope of Work:** * Design and format proposals, reports, RFP responses, and presentations to professional standards. * Create visually appealing graphics, charts, and illustrations using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar tools. * Ensure documents consistently align with branding guidelines and client expectations. * Collaborate with engineers, technical writers, and project managers to visually interpret complex information clearly and effectively. * Conduct thorough quality control reviews to deliver error-free, client-ready documents under tight deadlines.
