Simple pattern recreation

We need an artist who can recreate a pattern from an antique chair with necessary alterations to make it an original design. It will need to be an svg file when finished. We've attached a photo of the pattern we want to recreate. We just need it done in black on white. Very basic. We need this done quickly for a deadline. Thank you for your time and consideration.
