Instagram Engagement Assistant Needed for Creative Wellness Brand Launch
Solace & Spark is a creative sanctuary for artists, writers, and dreamers who crave clarity, systems, and soulful support. We offer tools and frameworks that help creatives organize their passions without sacrificing their spirit. Our tone is poetic, grounded, and affirming—and we’re looking for someone who gets it. We’re seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Instagram Engagement Assistant to help us grow during this launch phase. You’ll focus on authentic, daily outreach that helps our account get discovered by the right people. What You’ll Do: - Like, comment, and follow aligned creatives using brand-relevant hashtags - Leave meaningful comments on posts (not generic ones) - Send gentle, warm DMs to new followers or aligned creatives - Engage with accounts that follow similar pages (we’ll give you a list) - Track activity in a simple ClickUp log - Maintain brand tone (guide provided) You Might Be a Great Fit If You: - Have experience growing small brands or personal accounts on IG through organic engagement - Understand creative communities, slow living, wellness, or soulful entrepreneurship - Have a warm, intuitive voice in writing (sample comments or DMs welcome!) - Are available for ~30 minutes per day, 4–5 days per week -Are U.S.-based (to align with tone and references) Project Scope - Short-term contract: 2–4 weeks - Trial basis, with the possibility of future work if it’s a great fit Hourly pay: $25–$40/hr depending on experience To Apply, Please Share: - A short note introducing yourself - 1–2 examples of accounts you’ve helped grow (if available) - A sample IG comment or DM you'd write for our brand We’re excited to connect with someone who values soulful growth over quick hacks—and wants to help creatives feel seen.
