Social Media & Content Creator Network Strategist for Fitness App Launch
Project Overview: We’re launching Forme (https://forme-ai.com/), an AI-driven fitness app that delivers personalized workouts in under 5 seconds—no quizzes, no profiles. We need an Upwork freelancer (or small team) to build and manage a content creator network and end-to-end social media strategy aimed at driving our first 1,000 app downloads as quickly as possible, with the possibility to extend into a longer-term contract if we hit our metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Creator Network Build-out - Identify and recruit 10–15 micro- and mid-tier fitness influencers (10K–100K followers) across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. - Negotiate collaboration terms (e.g., sponsored posts, paid partnerships, affiliate deals). - Content Strategy & Production - Develop a 4-week content calendar with daily TikTok/Instagram Reels briefs showcasing our “Think it. Sync it. Forme it.” framework. - Write scripts or shot lists for each post—hooks, key messages, CTAs, on-screen text. - Coordinate with creators to ensure branding consistency (logo use, font, chrome-y2k aesthetic). - Paid & Organic Social Media Planning - Advise on optional ad spend to boost top-performing organic posts. - Leverage trending audio/tags and data-driven hashtag strategy. Tracking & Optimization - Set up UTM links and a simple dashboard to track views → clicks → installs. - A/B test 2–3 content formats weekly; refine based on engagement and conversion metrics. Ideal Qualifications: - Proven track record (case studies) of driving app downloads from 0 → 1K via organic TikTok/IG. - Experience building creator networks in the fitness/lifestyle space. - Strong copywriting and/or scriptwriting for short-form video. - Familiarity with UTM tagging, Google Analytics (or similar), and basic dashboarding. - Excellent communication & project-management skills; ability to coordinate 10+ creators.
