We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Social Media Manager to keep our brand sharp, helpful, and worth the scrol exclusively on these two platforms (for now). What you’ll handle 4–6 posts per week—mostly polished static images, with the occasional micro-short (15–30 s) when video tells the story better. Caption writing that sounds human, helpful, and on-brand. Light content calendar planning so we’re never scrambling at 10 p.m. Brand consistency—fonts, colors, and tone stay laser-focused. Basic community engagement: reply to comments, spark conversations, and surface insights to the team. You’ll thrive if you have: A portfolio that shows clean, cohesive LinkedIn or Facebook work. Solid design chops in Canva, Figma, or Adobe (pixel-perfect tweaks, no sweat). Basic short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar). An eye for analytics—you notice what’s popping and adjust. Clear, proactive communication on Slack or email. Extra credit: Experience with B2B SaaS or service brands. You’ve grown pages that sell without feeling salesy. Knowledge of LinkedIn’s document posts or Facebook Reels.
