Description: We’re seeking a skilled Wix website expert with strong SEO and performance optimization experience to help us improve the visibility, speed, and mobile usability of our small business website. Project Overview: Our goal is to attract more local customers through search engines, reduce page load times, and create a better mobile experience for users browsing our meal prep offerings. You’ll be optimizing an existing Wix site with up to 10 core pages, and we’re looking for a contractor who can execute both technical improvements and SEO best practices. Scope of Work: SEO Optimization Update meta titles and descriptions for key pages (Home, Menu, Shop, FAQ, Contact) Implement high-intent keywords (e.g., "meal prep Beaverton", "healthy food delivery near me") Improve heading structure (H1, H2) Add image alt text and rename files where appropriate Site Performance Improvements Compress large images Enable lazy loading for image galleries and product listings Remove or streamline slow-loading sections, animations, and apps Audit third-party integrations for speed impact Mobile Optimization Use the Wix Mobile Editor to improve mobile layout and flow Reorganize menus and CTA buttons for easier mobile navigation Ensure fast mobile load time and responsive design Analytics & Indexing Setup Connect and verify Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console Submit sitemap for indexing Set up tracking for key events like contact form submissions and phone clicks Local SEO Enhancements Standardize business name, address, and phone (NAP) across the site Align with Google Business Profile information Add structured data markup (where supported by Wix) Deliverables: Fully optimized and responsive Wix website Connected and tested GA4 and Google Search Console Keyword and performance improvement summary report SEO/content strategy recommendations for the future Requirements: Proven experience with Wix website optimization Strong knowledge of SEO (technical and on-page) Familiarity with performance tuning and mobile UX best practices Ability to work independently and deliver within 2-4 days
